Yes. LuxeCare Living operates under Neshama Health Alliance, LLC, a fully licensed Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) with the Georgia Department of Community Health.

Yes, and we encourage it. We assign consistent caregivers to build familiarity and trust. Backup caregivers are available for emergencies or coverage, and you’ll always be notified of any changes.

We have a backup system in place. If a caregiver is unavailable, LuxeCare Living dispatches a replacement from our pre-approved pool of professionals. Our care coordinator also notifies the family immediately.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes to avoid a cancellation fee. Emergencies are always understood. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee depending on the service agreement.

Yes. We assist families in using Long-Term Care Insurance to fund in-home care. We can verify benefits, help with claim forms, and coordinate care plans that align with your policy.
