Yes. LuxeCare Living is fully licensed as a Private Home Care Provider in the state of Georgia. We are bonded, insured, and all services are delivered in full compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

We offer both. Families may choose an in-home consultation or secure virtual meeting depending on their comfort and location.

Yes. We typically require a 4-hour daily minimum for scheduling purposes, but custom packages are available for select care plans.

Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC)

Pricing & Payment

Services are billed hourly or as flat-rate packages depending on the level of care. For LTC clients, billing is coordinated based on policy structure (reimbursement or indemnity).
No. LuxeCare Living is a private-pay and long-term care insurance agency. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
We accept ACH bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and third-party payments via LTC insurance. Online billing and payment portals are also available.
We provide custom packages for extended care or 24/7 support. Discounts may be available based on commitment level and care plan.
Yes. Depending on the nature of services and your HSA provider, you may use HSA funds to pay for qualifying care.
Yes. We can send invoices and documentation directly to your power of attorney or financial representative.
Yes. A refundable deposit may be required prior to the start of care, depending on the service level and payment method.
