Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Duties: Bathing, grooming, ADLs, light housekeeping, companionship

Requirements: PCA certificate, 1+ year experience preferred

Companion Caregiver

Duties: Emotional support, activities, errands, meal prep

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Duties: Hands-on personal care, monitoring, reporting to RN/LPN

Requirements: Active CNA license in Georgia, CPR/BLS certified

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties: Skilled nursing care, med administration, wound care

Requirements: Georgia LPN license, clinical experience

Registered Nurse (RN)

Duties: Initial client assessments, plan of care creation, oversight of clinical team, wound care, injections, medication reconciliation, and family communication

Requirements: Active RN license in Georgia, 2+ years of home health or clinical experience preferred, strong interpersonal and documentation skills
